I have wide feet and these boots were comfortable, if not a tad too wide in the foot area. The leg area though, that's another story. The leg area is pretty tight. I do have big calves, but I didn't think they were THAT big. I usually wear a sz 6.5 to 7 (more often the 7), but when I ordered a size 7 they were WAY too big. The size 6.5 fits well. The boots are pretty comfortable (I walk and stand A LOT so I get a full days work out of them). I'm glad I got these boots, they're comfortable, durable, and inexpensive, but I'll probably try another kind when these wear out.

I bought this shoe to replace some side zip work boots that i loved but their company stopped production. While true to size and they fit and are well made, they are not very comfortable. I have worn them at least 120 hrs now. After the first 12 I had to put insoles in them and they still make my feet tired/sore/uncomfotable after only a few hrs of wearing them. Their quality is otherwise good. Very sturdy thus far. I am hoping that I can find something to make them more comfortable on the soles.
