Okay but could be better

I bought these for myself for work. As a corrections officer you need a boot that is durable but yet comfortable at the same time. I wore these for maybe 6-7 months before I had to buy a different pair of boots due to the "leather" splitting open near the toes. They were comfortable after breaking them in but after a while the back of them were digging into the back of my achilles tendon on both feet.
