I was looking for black oxfords but came across these chocolate brown ones. I liked them so much that I immediately forgot about black and order brown. I never had Brass shoes before so I did not know how heavy or sturdy they are. Pleasant surprise : they are very light and comfortable from beginning, they don't need lot of time to break in. I really like the style, but I do many times envy men that their shoes look somehow more interesting than shoes for women.
Wears this shoe: They look great with slim jeans and khakis too.

I've been hunting for a pair of saddle shoes for a few years, considering other manufacturers but always coming back to Bass. I'm glad I did. These are great shoes, more comfortable than I expected, and very stylish.

I had a pair of shoes exactly like these and they were literally worn out. I have looked everywhere for another pair in my size and until now wasn't able to find them. Thank you so much for having this shoe in my size and narrow width. It is the most comfortable casual shoe I've ever worn and it looks good with slacks, jeans or skirts.
Wears this shoe: I wear these shoes with everything casual and sometimes to Church with slacks.

I love the fit, style and colour - exactly what I hoped for. Dressy enough for work - comfortable enough for walking - have received several compliments. I'm so satisfied with them. Just one caveat, the laces - can't they make laces that stay tied? Thanks
