| | About Barefoot: |
|---|
| | | Barefoot refers to footwear designed with a flexible, thin sole that is shaped like a foot in order to make the shoe feel more like bare feet than traditional shoe soles. These flexible soles allow feet to have a better sense and feel of the ground while still providing foot protection. Types of barefoot footwear include toe shoes, huaraches, racing flats, hiking flats, and running shoes. |

Keen A86 TR
Very thin soles

I really liked the feel of the uppers. They are very light and comfortable. I thought they looked great with jeans. A little weird but that's why you buy them, right? Very light like you are wearing no shoes at all. Unfortunately, the soles are so thin that I could feel the little bump tread on the bottom. They felt like I was walking on marbles. My feet started to hurt after half an hour. Not at all comfortable. Too bad.

I've worn these shoes to 2 or 3 events so far that required a lot of standing in lines, walking (state fair & mall shopping) and I'm amazed at how comfortable they are! I highly recommend them and I'm very satisfied in the quality.

K-Swiss Vertical Tubes Cali-Mari
Generally like K-Swiss

This is my fourth pair of K Swiss. I have had them two weeks and run 50 miles. I run 12 miles and day during the week. My other three pair are micro tubes and I really enjoy runnung in them. I am still trying to to decide if I like the vertical tubes as well as the micro. Although I am not sure which I like better I cannot give this shoe a bad review.
