I have a hard time finding flat boots that aren't too frumpy looking. These fit the bill. They are also leather which are hard to find in this price point. My normal 7.5 fit fine.

These are very comfortable boots, worked all day in them and feet never hurt first day I wore them. Look great with jeans and work pants.
