My husband bought these for me as a present. I love the look of the boots with the thick heels. The fit is right on for those of a medium to larger build. For thin or pettite I would guess the would be a little large.

These boots are very nice looking and comfortable. Very easy to walk in even though the heel is about 2.5 inches. My calves are thin and the boots do not hug my legs tightly but for most women they would be fine. I would like them to fit a little more snugly.
Wears this shoe: I have worn these boots mostly as casual wear.

Calf too tight and ankles too wide October 10, 2011

I have big calves. I am not proud of them, just have to live with them. So I have to be careful when buying knee high boots. Having small ankles don't help either. I measured my left calf to be 15.5" and my right a tad smaller at 15". Since the description said 16" circumference, I thought perfect. Not. I could barely zip it all the way up. What a disappointment. Got them tonight and have to send them right back tomorrow.
Wears this shoe: I will not.
