Fantastic fit, feel and look. I really like Bailey hats as they are well made and affordable. This hat has become my favorite and I get a lot of compliments on it.

decent hat for the money March 07, 2011

Because my regular bricks and mortar hat shop (Henry The Hatter) wouldn't have summer hats until March, I ordered online for a recent Caribbean vacation. The price was right and it looks good. Actually, I've purchased two Baileys recently, a Guthrie straw and a Ryden. I have purchased Bailey hats in the past and find them to be a good value for the dollar. My favorite is an old unlined felt fedora which I was told was made under contract by Bailey for Borsalino. I still have that hat and it's got to be over ten years old. In the colder months it's my favorite knock-around fedora and as worn as it is, I still get compliments. Pick your favorite style and for the money, you won't go wrong with a Bailey.

This is my second Bailey Gutherie. I wear it all the time dressed up or dressed down. Looks great with all clothes, great summer hat. Get lots of compliments on the hat. I will get another of these when I wear this one out. Keep em coming Bailey.

The Guthrie is one of the best straw hats I've ever purchased. This Panama-like fedora is exceptionally soft and comfortable. In fact, it is softer than any quality Panama I've owned. I have ordered 2 other hats (both Panamas) and Shoebuy has become my new source for hats.
