This running features a lightweight synthetic and air mesh upper with 3M reflective features. The sockliner consists of a antibacterial, removable molded ortholite with strike pads in the heel and forefoot. Also features a compression molded EVA midsole with a dual durometer medial post, forefoot flex grooves and a dual durometer support struts. Has a high abrasion Dura-Stryk™ compound heel and an exposed TPU shank.
Features an anatomical cradle which improves both motion control and shock absorption by mimicking the bottom of your heel in the midsole. This translates into less shock on the rest of the body. The cradle also centers and holds the heel firmly in place to reduce twisting on both ankles and knees.
Features ECS technology which consists of two specially designed TPU plates that work in unison to provide unsurpassed cushioning and stability. The top plate cradles the foot, keeping it stable while positioning the body's natural heel fat at the point of greatest impact. The bottom plate acts as a Cantilever® to absorb the impact each time the heel strikes the ground.
Fit:This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

This is the first shoe that truly offers me good stability and cushioning and good room in the toe box. The heel has a nice feel with no slippage. It's very good looking, too. I might add that I wear a rigid orthotic.
