I work out five days a week and the shoe I wear is very important for me. This shoe is a running shoe, but it works great for any workout at the gym. It is comfortable and gives awesome support to my feet. I do an hour of cardio on the step climber and then I lift weights and these shoes work great for my entire workout.

I usually buy avia shoes but wanted a better one for my "intended" walking this spring. The support is great, like the colors and reflectors are everywhere.
