AVIA crafts running shoes with the athlete's performance and comfort in mind. This cross training sneaker features SGR® MAX technology. There is a removable molded sock liner and the midsole has additional molded cushioning with engineered heel unit. The outsole features solid materials and forefoot flex grooves to grip terrain.

This isn't a bad shoe, just not for me. The toe bed isn't the least bit roomy, and the heel sole is narrow. I prefer a wider toe bed and heel sole for more comfort and stability while walking my rambunctious pup. My Mother, on the other hand, loves these shoes. So, I gave them to her and purchased a different pair (A5023W) which suits me fine!
Wears this shoe: Walking the dog, running errands.
