This is my third pair of strength shoes, my first from ATI. The jury is still out on the long-term quality of these shoes, I haven't had them long enough to tell. I do know they work, have gained 6" - 10" on my vert. every time I have used them before. These are lighter and have a smaller platform than the older Strength versions. So for they feel good, my legs are getting a good work out and most importantly, I'm getting the stretch and workout I love.
