Great Boots October 14, 2011 Reviewer: Matt from New Jersey Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I work in a large school and I am on my feet most of the time so I wear boots every day. I have 2 pairs of the Asolo Flame GTXs and 2 pairs of Vasque Clarion GTXs. They are very similar but I think the Asolo's feel a little narrower. Both are comfortable and I would recommend either of them. Wears this shoe: Daily-Alternating several pairs

Love the fit and comfort July 12, 2011 Reviewer: Tom from Wilmington, Delaware Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked I really like the comfort and fit of the boot. Zero break in time. I have narrow feet and wear orthotics. I have had two pairs of the Fugitive GTX in the past and thought I would try the Flame GTX because the sole is a little different in design and may hold up better. Both are very similar in design and fit. While I really, really like the comfort,I have been disappointed with the life of the Fugitive GTX and hope the Flame will last longer. The Gortex holds up for about 1.5 years before it starts to leak. The soft rubber material between the boot and the outer sole deteriorates and falls out. I wear these boots twice a day for about 3/4 mi. each time. Most days they get wet from rain and dew. I suspect the repeated wettings are shortening the life. But they are so comfortable, I keep buying them again. Wears this shoe: For morning and night time walks with my dogs through the wet fields

Superior Fit and Quality January 05, 2011 Reviewer: Anonymous from Stratford,CT Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width These are my first pair of Asolo boots and they won`t be my last! The fit and quality are top notch. They look like a heavy boot but are not. The sole is slightly stiff and they seem to have moderate arch support. I plan on using them for hiking and snowshoeing but they look so nice I am sure I will also be using them for weekend wear. Wears this shoe: hiking and snowshoeing and weekend wear
