The ground-hugging design of Asolo's Distance shoe ensures stability on or off the trail. Water-resistant suede uppers supply comfortable flex, breathability and lasting protection. To-the-toe climbing shoe-style lacing offers a superb fit across insteps, securing feet for minimal interior slippage. Burly rubber rands protect feet and uppers from bumps and abrasion and make for more nimble scrambling. Removable perforated footbeds work with wicking polyester linings to help manage moisture and keep feet dry and cool in warm conditions. Dual-density microporous rubber midsoles are lightweight and durable for all-day comfort. ASOsorb® polypropylene midsole supports control flex, add torsional rigidity and protect feet on uneven terrain; shock absorbers seated in heels. Durable Vibram® Sebolet rubber outsoles supply superb braking and traction and feature edging platforms at toe for more effective scrambling.
