Double tab design provides superior ankle fit and protection from blistering during physical activity. Variable cushioning provides and anatomically correct fit. The white "barbell" on the top front of the foot allows for flex and bend in front of the ankle, eliminating bunching of the sock at this pressure point. Ribbed cushioning in the top of the sock alleviates lace-up pressure.
Mesh construction enhances breathability and moisture transfer. Knit-in arch support provides stability and prevents the sock from sliding into the shoe.
Full density cushioning at the heel, toe, and forefoot provides impact absorption and dispersal at key areas. Knit-in "Y" heel gives a performance contour for a better fit. Flat, line toe closure is particularly comfortable as it is positioned under the toe gap.

I found "aasics" socks at an outlet store in N.J. in May 2007. They were "different" and I liked the look so I bought two pairs to try them out. They are by far the best socks I have ever worn. I went on a hunt at local malls to buy more but without success so - I googled the brand name (aasics) and the site popped up. I bought six pairs. I'm still wearing the original two pairs. They have held their shape after many, many washings (and - no pilling!) They still fit really well and never slide down into the shoe. They're not cheap but - you get your money's worth. I'm definitely hooked on aasics. Last but not least, the service was superb.

I bought these socks 4 months ago and have been using them 4 times a week for my half-marathon training on treadmill and also outside. I simply love them. This was my first pair of running socks so it's hard for me to compare them to other products but I am very happy with my purchase so far!
