Arcopedico's Nature line is made with garment quality leather uppers with a techno - elastic textured membrane insole. The Nature line has a fantastic foot mattress in 100% vegetal leather and latex for the most comfortable insole, plus extra cushioning for the heel to provide extra shock absorption.

Heel Height: 1 1/8"

Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

I needed a pair of shoes that would support my feet well and that would help me deal with the peripheral neuropathy that I developed as a result of cancer, although it is very similar to the neuropathy diabetics develop. These shoes are perfect. They curve to fit my foot like a glove. I have purchased two pairs, even though they are quite expensive. I try to wear these shoes exclusively because they are so comfortable, and because they support my feet so well. I googled the maker of the shoes and was very impressed with what I read about how they have been designed. Arcopedico has become my new favorite brand and Scala my new favorite shoe model.
Wears this shoe: I wear it everywhere. I purchased 2 pair of multicolored flower patterned shoes.

I need new shoes for a job interview. They were not quite as fashionable as some others, i.e., they have low heels and a rounded rather than a pointy toe. But when you're being interviewed, you don't want to be thinking about painful feet, and these looked plenty classy with my suit. I did have to apply heel cushions because they were slightly too long.

I love these shoes. The velcro closure can snag nylons, so I wear trouser socks with them. Very comfortable shoe.

These are the most comfortable shoes in the world. I have become such a fan of arcopedico. Got the flowered ones and have received many compliments. I wish they would come out with more styles and colors. I love these shoes!!!

I adore this shoe and have it in 3 colors. It has a nice wide toe space but with the Velcro strap it accommodates my narrow ankles. Comfortable, attractive, professional look.
