| | About Running: |
|---|
| | | Running is both a competition and a type of training for sports that have running or endurance components. As a sport, it is split into events divided by distance and sometimes includes permutations such as the obstacles in steeplechase and hurdles. Running races are contests to determine which of the competitors is able to run a certain distance in the shortest time. Today, competitive running events make up the core of the sport of athletics. Events are usually grouped into several classes, each requiring substantially different athletic strengths and involving different tactics, training methods, and types of competitors. |

New Balance Supportive Cushioning Insoles IUSA3810
Great Insole
March 19, 2013
Reviewer: Mouchard from North Carolina Mountains
Have had flat feet all my life, but recently, the pain in the right foot was unbearable when walking even short distances. Even though I have had expensive custom insoles in the past which never gave me relief, only grief, and have tried over the counter insoles with no luck, I went ahead & ordered these New Balance insoles along with a new pair of shoes. It took about a week of steady wearing & the pain stopped completely. As a caregiver for my wife, I am on my feet a lot so these insoles were a godsend. Going to order another pair very soon.

New Balance Stability IAS3720
One of the best over-the-counter orthotic inserts
December 15, 2012
Reviewer: Simon from New Zealand
I paid a lot of money for a pair of custom made orthotics a couple of years ago but was never completely satisfied with them. The hard plastic arch provided fantastic support, but it also gave me a cramp in my arches after I'd been standing for a long time. Due to the height of the heel on the orthotic, they also caused my heel to slip in some shoes. Finally, they were simply too bulky to fit in a lot of shoes. Since then, I've been on a mission to find an off-the-shelf orthotic that provides the support I need, but also complete comfort and not too much bulk. I've tried several different brands so far that received great reviews, including Superfeet and Spenco, but I found them absolutely useless in terms of arch support. The New Balance Stability Insole has a rigid arch, which is great for people with flat feet or low arches, but it also flexes slightly as you put your weight on it, which makes it much more comfortable than custom orthotics made from rigid plastic. The ventilation holes are a great idea and should help prevent your feet getting hot and clammy. The only thing stopping me giving these insoles five stars is they don't have a metatarsal arch support or posted heel wedge.

Amazing Insole!

Reviewer: Foot Pain No More! from NYC
I've tried numerous insoles, and am most happy with this product! I'm young, and have been dealing with terrible foot pain for too long. I've ordered a pair of these insoles for every sneaker, shoe, and boot that I own. I can finally walk day and night and not have to worry about collapsing at the end of the day from foot pain!
