This sandal is not your daughter's flip flop out on the town. This sandal is made for walking and traveling. Stays stable on the foot. I bought the narrow as I have a very narrow heel. I do wish the front were just a tad wider, but they are still still new so I am sure they will break in nicely. Best in style for a walking sandal.

Love these shoes. Put them on in the morning and wore them all day. The red color is rather a brownish red but that means they go with everything. They are designed as a closed sandal, but I like them with socks too. You'll like them.

I have to wear orthotics after having surgery. I am also limited in my footwear choices as I need decent arch support. These shoes fit the bill and they look like normal shoes. Finally shoes that are not orthapedic looking

too wide in the heel

In theory these shoes should be great. They look good and will be worn for everyday casual, (I do alot of walking). Yet, for some reason the heel is too wide. I wear a 10.5 N and was recommended to order a half size smaller than I usually do. So, I ordered a 10 2A and the heel is too wide. Not sure what I might do. I'll try and get an insert for the heel and if that doesn't help, I'll have to return them. Too bad, they look good and except for the heel are very comfortable.

Attractive style with extreme comfort

The shoe provides great support and cushioning. And with an attractive style that works for casual day wear and walking to somewhat dressy into the evening. The split strap with the buckle gives a more feminine touch to the shoe vs other Aravon options with a velcro strap. And the heel height is perfect for one to feel more feminine than practical. While relatively new to Aravon, about 3 months now, they have quickly become my go-to shoe. Just purchased a second pair in this same style.
