I bought these shoes because I could remove the insole and replace with mine and I liked the looks. I wasn't disappointed. Orthotics fit perfectly although the shoes felt like they had lots of arch support without custom orthtics.

I bought those shoes in October 2008 and have been wearing them almost every day. They are so comfortable. They also kept their shape and are still looking new after all those months, even after wearing them in the snow (I treated the leather with beeswax first).

Perfect. The fit is superb. I haven't found a shoe that I could purchase with a better fit than Avaron. The size is always too narrow, wide, short or long, with sizes ranging from 7.5 wide to 9 narrow. The comfort, the warmth,the feelinf of walking with a bare foot.
