I am recovering from a dislocated knee and was looking specifically for a shoe that would provide both comfort and secure footing. I found both in this shoe with its 'cushiony' and 'grippy' thick ribbed rubber soles. The shoe is also well-padded inside, making for the complete package. It looks equally good with a nice pair of slacks or a skirt/dress. Definitely a "yes!" in my book.

I too am recovering from a stress fracture and tendonitis sustained in London. This is a great shoe for all. Good support, cushioned sole and looks better than a sneaker.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I am recovering from a stress fracture and needed shoes that didn't make me look like a senior citizen and also gave me foot support. Both were accomplished.
