These are beautiful shoes, lightweight for summer, a classical style, yet also atypical in design with the crossover panels on top, and feel quite comfortable. I particularly like the height this shoe affords. The choice of narrow width, along with the appropriate length seemed perfect at first. However, after several hours of walking wear the leather band at the edge of the heel cut into my ankle joint. I'm hoping it will either stretch out, or I can add a band-aid to the spot to eliminate the pain. I tried a ped, but it shows above the shoe line. I bought this model in two colors, so I'd hate to have to give up on them. They can be both casual and dressy as well.
