I purchased this shoe to replace a favorite which I've worn for about 8 years. Love the wedge sole but found the shoe slips on my heels. Will add gripper inserts to remedy this problem. I have a fairly narrow foot and found the M width good except for the heel problem. The navy is very dark, even passes for black. I wear them with pants for day.
