I bought these shoes to replace some worn out Klogs. I have owned them for a few weeks and don't feel that they are worth more than double the price of the Klogs. I think they will last a very long time, they look nice and are comfortable for a slow night in a kitchen. When it gets busy though they are just too hard! I get home and my heel especially just feels like it has been bruised. I don't regret this purchase, but Klogs have a more slip resistant sole, more cushioning in the heel and are a lot more affordable.

I have been wearing Birkenstock sandals for many years. 5 years ago, when looking for a pair of clogs for work, I chose a pair of Alpro and loved them. Sadly, they only lasted 5 years:-) So it was obvious that when I needed a new pair of work shoes I would choose another pair of Alpro by Birkenstock. I am a registered nurse in the emergency room, so not only can I wear them for 12 hours without fatigue, the arch support is awesome and the non slip sole is a big bonus.
