As soon as I opened the box, I knew the shoes were going back. They were black, not the navy blue I had hoped for. You can see only a slight bluish cast in very strong light. However, delivery was quick, and returning them unbelievably easy. Even though the shoes didn't work out, it was a good customer experience - so good that I am going to reorder a different shoe, one that is a better choice.

I'm still breaking them in to fit to my foot, but so far they are comfortable. I had to return the first pair since it was too small. The turn around time was longer than I expected. I think these will be one of my favorite sandals eventually.

The seam across the toes puts too much pressure on one of the top of my fourth toe. My feet tend to be average across the ball of the foot with a narrow heel and very sensitive so others might not have this problem. I like the look of the shoe and it appears to have room for an orthotic which I need. Since I tried it on earlier in the day with thin socks,this issue is not fixable for me. The shoe will have to go back.

I've had my eyes on these shoes for a while, but I had read a review on another site saying they were hard and uncomfortable. Still, every now and then I'd take a look at them and feel tempted... I finally decided to try them myself. They fit me well, and feel very comfortable. They are not hiking or running shoes, but are great for normal walks and everyday wear. Their retro look gets everyone's attention. I am very happy I got them.
Wears this shoe: I wear them when I go shopping or out to lunch with friends.

I love the versatility of this shoe - dressier than athletic shoes and just as comfortable for walking or even the gym. This is my second pair - I expect I will always have these shoes ready to wear in my closet.
