The removable anatomical footbed is cushioned, eliminating shock from the impact of walking and the innovative patented shock-absorber sole ensures effective protection for the joints, vertebra and spine from damaging shocks and vibrations. The soft latex foam padding prevents pinching and rubbing at the instep and below the ankle.
Waterproof constuction provides protection from the elements.

This is my second pair of these. While they are expensive, they are a great sneaker. I walk 5 to 6 miles pretty much every day. They provide excellent cushioning and stability. My last pair lasted a year with a similar amount of daily use.
