These boots needed no breaking in, and have been very comfortable during several long hikes over rugged country. They provide good traction and stability, but do not feel heavy and bulky. I definitely would buy these boots again, and recommend them.

One of the most comfortable, light, and supportive shoes I have ever owned. I wear them everyday, all day. I've walked in snow over the top of the boot for two miles and still had warm dry feet. Made extremely well and are the only hiking shoe I'll ever buy.
