The sole is a little thicker than I like. Also, during the first few wears the leather has been squeaking around the laces. Otherwise, a comfortable and high quality shoe.

The Leeds in shell cordovan is an outstanding dress shoe. Very comfortable and rich looking. I own quite a few AE shoes but these are my favorites.

While the Leeds is not as elegant as the Park Avenue, this shoe is a classic you will wear for years. I got the cordovan (unbelievable price on Shoebuy)which is a bit stiffer than the calf leather but still quite comfortable. Highly reccomend!
