I only wear aetrex. I have rheumatoid arthritis and this is the most comfortable and supportive shoe for me. I wear them at work and I am on my feet ALL DAY.

Attractive shoe. However, my husband says the insole "feels funny" unsure if it is just because of the high quality or if the shoe just does not fit his foot correctly. No fault of the shoe itself.

I had extreme foot pain eventually causing me to have an osteotomy performed on the 2nd metatarsal of my left foot. I have to permanently wear orthotics and my foot surgeon recommended these shoes. They are a bit heavier than a normal athletic shoe but they are extremely comfortable after you break them in. The heel is thick and the arch support is outstanding. My doctor told me that if you can bend a pair of athletic shoes in half they are not good for your feet---these shoes are unbendable. If you have foot pain, I recommend you get custom orthotics and stock up on these shoes---I bought 3 pairs.
