These technology advanced shoes feature patented, removable Aetrex orthotics and PRS (Presssure Relief System allows for easy customization and comfort by trimming the insole at the areas of pressure) insoles for customization of fit and comfort.
Biomechanically engineered multi-density midsoles provide medial support and stability. In addition, the midsole features a carboplast foot bridge that crosses the shoe for extra control.

I have short, wide feet with bunyons so I love the fact the ShoeBuy has my size. I am on my feet a lot and also use the tread mill 3 days a week so I need a comfortable shoe with good support.

These shoes seem to fit the bill for me, since I have arthritic feet, but had to return them for a half size smaller, they seem to run long, so I am doing an exchange to try the smaller size. I am a cashier and am on my feet for long periods, but I think the half size smaller will be what I am looking for, since I have tried numerous shoes, and have found none to satisfy my needs.
