Lynco Biomechanial Sport Orthotics are designed specifically for comfort, support and weight redistribution in athletic, walking and comfort footwear. These tri-density orthotics feature a Pro-Shox™ top cover for superior cushioning and shock absorption. Pro-Shox's high-tech polyester fibers wick moisture away from the foot and provide a cool, friction free surface to prevent blisters and other foot problems. These orthotics feature a molded Pedic™ core for stability and resilience, while the Plastazote bottom conforms to the footwear and keeps the orthotic light in weight. This outsole is posted in the rearfoot to control pronation and rearfoot balance and is recommended for flat or low arch heels. The forefoot is neutral and has no metatarsal support. Recommended for those not suffering from ball of foot discomfort.

I am a heavy lady with flat feet that hurt after standing or walking for any length of time. Wearing Brooks Aerial running shoes cured that entirely, but they spoiled me. I really noticed my over-pronation and general discomfort when wearing my work and casual shoes. So I was looking for an insert that give me similar results. These do. I wear Extra Wide shoes and was concerned that these are marked "normal width" and thus might not work for me, but they slide into my shoes easily and feel fantastic. I highly recommend them.

These are great - great support for flat feet and well made. I use them in my athletic shoes. They are soft and comfortable.
