These tri-density orthotics feature a full-grain leather top cover for cushioning and breathability, and a suede bottom to prevent sliding inside your shoes. This outsole is posted in the rearfoot to control pronation and rearfoot balance and is recommended for flat or low arch heels. The forefoot is neutral and has no metatarsal support.
