Having struggled to find a pair of sneakers that worked well with orthotics, I was thrilled to finally find a pair that didn't pinch or feel too short. I took them out for a test 3-mile walk and my feet didn't hurt afterwards. The rocker sole took some getting used to at first, but I think they actually put more bounce in my step.
Wears this shoe: I wear these for long walks and running errands.

When i first got this shoe i was't sure if they would work for me-they take a while to get us to,but now i really like them and wear them 96% of the time. They also seem cooler than the other shoe I have worn- I will buy them again.

As far as toning your body...no would be the answer. my ankle got buff but that's it. Very tough on knees also. If you are in excellent shape already they are fine.

I was looking for a toning shoe that was low in height, and appealing to the eye. When I came across this shoe, I fell in love with its appearance and its height. I was not crazy about the price, I thought that it was a bit steep for my pocket. I needed a shoe that was comfortable and cute. So I decided to give them a try. I must admit that these (Aetrex Bodyworks) are so comfortable, cute and worth every penny that I spent on them.

I bought these shoes for everyday wear...I've always had trouble with wide feet. I got my regular size with the wide width and they fit perfectly. I've ordered wide before and they are too wide, so it was nice these have such a good fit. They are comfortable and I was surprised they are 'rockers'...very nice shoe.
