I was able to wear this shoe all day right out of the box. Leather is extremely soft and the cushioning is excellent. I only rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the soles of my feet do get very warm by the end of the day. I assume this is due to the memory foam used but I would rather have warm feet than sore feet.
