I have recently developed foot/toe problems, and my podiatrist told me I needed to wear shoes with a wide toe box. These shoes are fabulous - total comfort; they provide just the right amount of "wiggle room" for my toes, and the cushioning is amazing. Worth the price and more for this amount of freedom from pain!

Love the shoes got my first pair over a year ago at the good feet store and loved the new pair as well.Being a diabetic the support reallys helps with my sore feet.

On the advice of my Podiatrist, I ordered the Aetrex shoe with the spandex top. I have a severe hammer toe that had become infected. I was not able to stand any pressure on the toe. After 2 weeks, I was able to wear the Aetrex shoe that fit very comfortably and was a plearure to wear.

I do a fair amount of walking and have found that this shoe is comfortable and I do not have to put my orthodics in as the built-in sole fit me very well. I love the spandex/leather uppers and the give for the foot bending.

If you are then this shoe is for you. I am a school crossing guard and this shoe is comfy and my feet are very happy. I love that they stretch and that there is plenty of room in the toe box.I comes with a comfortable inner sole that can be removed for orthotics, but they are so good that I haven't been needing my own orthotics!
