Felt true to fit. Looks sophisticated The shoe fastens with a velcro fasten, not metal fasten. I hope the velcro holds up through the years.

After unsuccessfully searching through a number of stores, I saw these in an 8 even though I normally need an 8.5W. They are a bit snug on my slightly larger right foot that also has a small bunion (left foot is a half size smaller) but after wearing them here at home for 2-3 hours there's no question that they're comfortable, stylish, and easy to walk in. The Velcro back strap in place of a buckle is perfect, and there's no slippage when walking. Although I don't particularly like the shiny black texture, these are a good investment and I'm going to pay much closer attention to "Gin" type shoes in the future. Aerosoles does a nice job!
