This shoe did not require any "breaking in" at all. It is so soft and comfortable, I wish I could wear them every day. I am on my feet nearly all day so the support or lack thereof was not an issue. I get compliments every time I wear them!

While this shoe is stylish looking it is indeed like a slipper. It offers no support whatsoever. I find wearing this shoe for an extended period of time my feet feel tired since there is no arch support. It is a very soft leather and also spreads on the sides resulting in no side shoe support.

I have been an Aerosoles fan since that first sandal came out, I know they still sell it but I don't wear them anymore. This shoe is very comfortable, very attractive for a flat and I tend to get a lot of wear out of each pair. It is hard to actually retire a pair of Aerosoles, they just go on day after day, year after year!
