Comfortable from the start. Already tested them when a heavy piece of metal fell on the left toe on the second day I wore them--no problems.

They were a present for my working kid. He loves them so much that he said he would wear them out instead of work. They are so comfortable and true to size. Now I guess I will have to buy another pair for work.
