Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width This is the best running/fitness shoe I have ever worn and I have bought every brand. It is for a neutral runner -great cushioning and shock absorption. It works for various types of aerobic and anaerobic activity. I am planning to buy another pair in another color because I like them so much. I hope they don't change the style of this shoe anytime soon because it is perfect right now.
