The main problem with the Santiossage/Adissage is that the little rubber pegs that make up the foot surface tend to fall off. On my last pair that I squeezed every last bit of use out of (to the pain of my feet), almost all the pegs were gone. This pair I've owned for about 3 weeks and have attempted to change the way that I walk. If you are wearing the correct size and have the strap/band at the correct tightness, you can walk in a manner that does not constantly bend the pegs, which I believe is the main cause of the pegs falling off. With my last pair, I would constantly let my feet and toes shift around while walking and thought the feeling of the pegs bending beneath them to be pleasurable. But this time I know better. Will report back in several months if the pegs end up falling off even with what i think to be correct usage. Even if they fall off, these will always and forever be my favorite flip flop... the pegs are awesome and feel therapeutic, and no slip to irritate between your thumb and first toe.

well what is there to say about adidas? its adidas!!! any thing you buy is gonna be awesome..the santiossage sandels i bought are the best..they message as you walk...what could be better? their light weight and look cool..bottom line,get a pair and be ready for total comfurt

These have better cushioning than the Adissage, but they're nowhere near as durable. I've had these Santiossage sandals for about four months, and many of the cushioning tabs have fallen out. I had an old pair of Adissage for two or three years, and they haven't lost half as many cushioning tabs. Get Adissage, they're much more durable, and they're worth the extra money.
