I bought this shoe for my son to wear to/from soccer practice/games. I didn't want him to wear his cleats in the house/car so I needed something for him to easily slip on/off and didn't take up too much space in his soccer bag. These are perfect for that. Because the sandals are comfortable, I have no trouble getting him to "comply" to the rule of no cleats in the house/car. He thinks that are "cool" (he's only 5). My son has a VERY narrow foot. So the shoes have an adjustable velcro strap that allows me to adjust the shoe to the proper fit for his foot. I like that fact that they are all plastic so that I can just hose them off when they get dirty. I hope they will hold up for the fall soccer season, but only time will tell.
