Hectic life with busy family and I really believe this sandal with all those little nubs built into the sole give me a foot massage whenever I have them on and that gives me extra energy. They are very handy and comfortable when wearing socks. I once wore them to schoolbarefoot and I had the imprint on my foot all day long. DO NOT WEAR WITHOUT SOCKS! For the first week they hurt my feet, but after breaking them in they're the most comfortable things in the world. Love them and will continue buying them for a long time.
