I purchased these shoes during my marathon training, when I began to have plantar faciitis and I didn't want to walk around barefoot in the apartment. I was surprised at how much these shoes hurt my feet--like I was walking around on pins, rather than "massage nubs." And then after a few days, the little massage nubs all started to come off! I'm going to try the adilette next.

They are very comforatble if you wear socks, but they sometimes hurt if you wear them with bare feet. Overall they're nice shoes.

I have always been an athlete and wore these shoes all through college. Now, they are perfect after I bike, as long as I am wearing socks, but I find them uncomfortable if I do not have socks on. I am disappointed. I remember them being much more comfortable.
