I bought these house slippers because I have a narrow foot and thought having the adjustable velcro fastener would enable me to go up and down the stairs in my home without them slipping off my foot. However, the velcro fastener has come undone right in the middle of climbing and descending the stairs making them a safety hazard.

After searching unsuccesfully in the stores for the perfect slipper, I have finally found it. Due to a painful foot condition and tile flooring throughout my home, I was not able to walk barefoot or in any unsupportive footwear. These Acorn slippers are the perfect solution for me. The footbed material inside the slipper is so soft & comfy; and the soles are firm enough to provide the right amount of support. Also, it can be worn inside or out. They can be adjusted very easily. I would not hesitate to purchase more pairs in other available colors.

I liked that the slipper has a firm sole--your feet won't sink to floor. I found the fabric to be bit slippery as my foot would slide unless I adjusted to velcro strap to be really tight. There's not much arch support so I doubt I'll be repeat customer.

This is my second pair of these slippers. I love slipping my feet into them at the end of a work day -- I'll never buy another pair of slippers that don't have this soft lining. I also like the sporty look (not my mother's slippers!!) My only complaint is that I tried to wash my first pair and they didn't clean well and (worse) the lining lost its softness. Perhaps there's a trick to washing them, but if so, the manufacturer needs to share it with us!
