I have a lot of problems with my feet and haven't been able to walk wearing anything besides athletic shoes for years. I bought these just to wear around the house and/or run out to the driveway to get the paper. I took a chance and wore them to a concert last week - after walking a lot I had no pain and felt like I could have continued walking indefinitely. I'm very happy with these.

One main dislike: it only comes in whole sizes, so for me that means a tad too short. I loved the orange color, though.

The Women's Acorn Parachute 2 Band is a very comfortable shoe for me. I put them on the first time and they felt like my good 1000 milers that needed to be replaced. Also, the quality of construction is excellent.
