I had a two pair of Acorn boiled wool Mary Jane slip on slippers in solid colors that I wore down to nothing over the past several years. I loved them for being natural fibers (breathable), super warm and with a little rubber tread for running outside with the dog or to the car. I wanted to find the exact same ones, but had no luck. These slippers were as close as I could find, and are almost as good as the Mary Janes. They are a little flashy with all the colored stitching on them (I prefer plain and simple). And now that I've had them for a few weeks (and wear them every morning and night), I'm noticing the wool is getting a little fuzzy (rather than staying smooth as they were when I first took the out of the box). They are exceptionally warm and comfortable.
Wears this shoe: Indoors in the morning, at night, and over the weekend.

This is my second pair of Acorn boiled wool slippers. I wear them around the house all winter and they are the best slippers I've owned. They are not only stylish but comfortable with good arch support (surprisingly difficult to find in a slipper)

This is the third pair of Acorn slippers I have owned. All of them have been perfect fit...perfect color...just perfect. They are comfortable, warm and don't look like granny slippers. I love them!

I bought the dark grey version and they are really comfortable. I wear them at home, and only indoors as they are not waterproof. I like that the embroidery is symmetrical on each one.
