I LOVE these shoes! However, for some reason the size small was so small that the tightness of the top didn't allow me to place my instep all the way into the shoe. I exchanged them for the next size, which is too big. I think once they are washed, being wool, that may correct itself? I wear them all the time, and if they are a better fit after washing, I shall order the other color as well.

I bought these as a gift to replace the Acorn slippers my husband has finally worn out after many years of daily use. He said they felt tight to start but has since broken them in and says they fit well.

This slipper is made well. I can wear inside and outside if dry. My husband had a pair of the Haflinger that only lasted one year before he wore a hole in the toe. These look like they may hold up better. They were a good buy. At this point, I would order again. He's only had them for less than a month.
