The 5.11 Tactical Trainer Mid WP is yet another great product by 5.11 Tactical, which is known for its excellent high performance product line. This shoe offers both style and good fit along with performance. The fit is snug, and the shoe provides good foot control in activities that demand it, such as abrupt changes in direction or sudden stops while walking briskly, climbing stairs or even running. The specially designed laces stay tied throughout the entire time of wear, without the slightest slippage, which means no tripping on untied laces -- ever! The lining and foot bed combine to offer both a good fit, comfort and shock absorption, while the soles provide excellent traction. This shoe should fit the bill for anyone needing a good athletic style shoe combined with superior performance in the field. As such, this shoe should appeal to off-duty or undercover law enforcement officers, as well as others. It is also excellent for the general public, too.
