I really like these for running in snow and or ice. I live in a rural area so the roads are not so great, so I strapped these on and leave them on until either the road is clear or spring whichever comes first.

32 North Stabilicers Sport provide you with the traction and stability you need to keep up with your winter workout, whether it be running, walking your dog or hiking on icy terrain. I just can't say enough positive things about them. They are lightweight, easy to put on over boots or sneakers, plus the studs are replacable. Definitely a wise buy when you consider the pain and cost of a broken bone or sprained body part due to falling on ice. I use them every AM at 5:00 to walk my two dogs for 2+ miles no matter what the winter throws at us. They are so dependable that I am confident enough to walk prior to the arrival of early morning light!
