I purchased this pair of shoes because I wore out the black Born Bora sandals that I wore regularly, and those are no longer available. While I prefer a flat sandal, the heel on these is unobtrusive and the foot bed is amazingly comfortable. They are an excellent general purpose all day shoe, however if worn for an aggressive all day walking situation, due to heel elevation, the pressure between the toes from the thong component can get a little trying.

I had high hopes for this shoe. However, the strap over foot is very odd - on the bottom/near the toe it is very wide (even for my wide foot), but on top/over instep it is terribly, painfully narrow. I can't imagine a human being so duck footed that this shoe would fit (unless I had a defective pair). Please, make an adjustable strap shoe on this platform, and I would buy every color!

I did have to return the medium width for the narrow, but these are truly fabulous and so comfortable! The heel height is perfect and they fit your foot like a glove.
