I really wanted Uggs and just couldn't find a good deal on them so thought I'd give the Bear Paws a try. Although they are not as comfortable as Uggs, they are a good boot. They have survived a rough Iowa winter so I'd say that they are worth the money!

I usually wear a 6 but based on the other reviews, I ordered up and got the 7 which gives me enough wiggle room to wear without socks but still fits nicely with thin socks. If you like thicker socks, I would order 2 sizes up. Overall, not as stiff and sturdy as Bearpaws but they are cozy and more flexible. I wouldn't wear hiking in the snow, but on cold days, they keep my toes toasty even without socks. In fact, I didn't want to take them off when I got home and ordered a second pair to wear around the house!

I ordered these in my actual size and they fit perfect. There is a generous amount of sheepskin in the boots which keep your feet cushy and warm. I bought the black and they really are a nice boot.
Wears this shoe: Mostly around the house.
